Meet OUR TEAM
Dr Emma Finnegan
Dr Emma Finnegan graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2012.She worked in both private practice and specialist hospitals in the UK before moving to Perth in 2016. Since then she has been working in Fremantle and the CBD until she joined the Southlands Dental team as our principal dentists.

Emma provides all aspects of general dentistry and has undertaken further training in the surgical placement of dental implants, Invisalign and advanced cosmetic injectables, including dermal fillers, relaxers and PDO threading.

She especially enjoys working with children and anxious patients. As well as having a gentle approach to help patients feel more at ease, Emma also offers treatment under sedation.

As dentistry is constantly evolving, Emma regularly attends training to keep up to date with the latest developments. Outside of work she enjoys pilates, and spending time with her family and cavoodle.
Dr Victoria Jennings
Dr Victoria qualified from Cardiff University in 2008 with honours. She has 18 years of experience and prides herself on her warm and caring chairside manner.
She has a special interest in aesthetic dentistry and enjoys the satisfaction that comes from improving her patients’ smiles. Victoria especially enjoys helping children and anxious patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their dental visits.
Victoria takes a gentle, calm approach to treatment and understands that visiting the dentist can feel overwhelming for some people. For patients with dental anxiety, Victoria also offers treatment under sedation to help create a more relaxed and positive experience.
Outside of work, Victoria keeps busy windsurfing, snorkelling, and enjoying the local beaches on weekends.

Dr Mark Leahy
After graduating Dentistry in 1990 from UWA, Mark went straight into private practice in Victoria Park and Mandurah as well as continuing on at UWA as a demonstrator to the dental students. In 1992, he joined the Southlands practice and has been a practising partner since.
He is a member of Australian Dental Association and actively attends continuing education courses and study clubs to keep up to date.
